A Note On Returns

Because each piece is handmade, all sales are final. Pottery moves through many stages and takes time, so please allow a couple of weeks for custom orders to be completed.

For custom work, I’ll share photos at different stages for approval, including the final piece before it ships, so you know exactly what you’re receiving.

If an item arrives broken, please contact me within 48 hours. I’m happy to offer a refund, send a similar replacement if available, or do my best to recreate the piece when possible.
